We read every message. Bug reports and feature requests go straight onto the working list, and we usually reply within two working days. If you are reporting a problem, telling us the page, the browser and what you expected to happen makes it much faster to fix.
Good reasons to write
- A tool gave a result that looked wrong, or stopped working on your device.
- A translation reads badly, or a phrase does not make sense in French or Spanish.
- A factual error in the university or restaurant data, with a source we can check.
- A tool you wish existed, or a filter the current ones are missing.
We only use your email to reply to you. It is not added to a mailing list, shared, or used for anything else.
